Tiny Print Club Local Intake is an owner-operated Windows tool that reads Etsy sale notifications from the business Gmail account and creates local order drafts for review.
This website provides app information. The working dashboard and customer database run on the owner's computer.
Why the tool requests Gmail access
The owner authorizes Gmail read-only access so a scheduled morning job can find Etsy sale notifications, extract relevant order facts, and avoid repeated manual entry. The Gmail permission covers mailbox reading; the importer limits its searches to the supported Etsy sale source.
The tool records customer codes, order references, selected product options, quantities and candidate amounts. Product mapping, uncertain evidence and amount differences require review. These order drafts do not automatically change inventory, send messages, purchase labels, or move money.
Where the information goes
Customer and order payloads are encrypted on the Windows computer. OAuth credentials are stored locally using Windows user-bound protection. The information pages on this website contain no order database, customer lookup or Gmail connection.
The importer communicates with Google for authorization and approved Gmail reads. It does not send imported mail to an AI model or a hosted business dashboard. A future operational sync would require a separately defined and approved data boundary.
Who uses it
This installation is for Tiny Print Club's own business operations and its approved business Gmail account. It is not offered as a public email-access service.
