Intended use

This owner-operated desktop tool supports Tiny Print Club's internal order intake and reconciliation. The public information website does not offer a hosted dashboard service or access to the owner's Gmail account.

Only an authorized account owner may connect a mailbox. This installation accepts the approved business mailbox. Google authorization remains subject to the permissions and controls presented by Google.

Review before acting

Imported emails provide evidence for order drafts. They may omit discounts, choices, cancellations, shipping events or other facts needed for a complete business record. Drafts and calculated values require reconciliation before they are used to promise stock, start production, fulfill orders or determine final profit.

The current importer does not send customer messages, publish listings, purchase, refund, move funds or change inventory. Decisions and physical work remain with the owner.

Local operation and continuity

The morning intake depends on the configured Windows task, the owner's signed-in Windows session, a running computer, network access and valid Google authorization. Google and marketplace changes can interrupt intake. A completed intake is evidence of that run, not a guarantee that every future email template will be supported.

The owner remains responsible for reviewing intake health, resolving exceptions and maintaining usable recovery copies. The current local encrypted payloads depend on the Windows user profile.
